2. Purpose of the GSC
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to define the terms and conditions of sale of the products offered on the Innopharm.fr website. They apply to all orders placed on the site by consumers residing in the delivery areas served by Innopharm.
3. Products and prices
The products offered for sale are those described on the Innopharm.com website. The prices of the products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclusive of delivery charges. Innopharm reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on Innopharm.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated when the order was placed. Innopharm reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, such as an anomaly concerning the order or an existing dispute with the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other means of payment offered at the time of ordering. The amount is debited when the order is validated. If payment is refused, the order will be automatically cancelled.
6. Delivery
Innopharm delivers its products in metropolitan France and in the zones specified on the site. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. In the event of late delivery, the customer will be informed by email. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and be reimbursed.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the value of the order and the destination and are indicated when the order is validated.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must inform Innopharm by email at [email address] of his decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
8. Warranty and liability
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. If a defect is found, the customer must contact customer service at [email address] as soon as possible.
Innopharm cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products purchased on the Innopharm.fr website.
9. Privacy Policy
Innopharm is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected during the ordering process is necessary to process the order and will not be used for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the customer.

10. Intellectual property rights

11. Force majeure
Innopharm cannot be held responsible for any failure to fulfil its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, armed conflicts, pandemics, etc.).
12. Settlement of disputes
These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action is taken. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent Paris courts.
13. Modification of the GTC
Innopharm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will be applicable to all orders placed after they have been posted on the site.
